Not sure how that matters when, most of the sniping is going to come from within those 90 million.
It is already happening to some very small extent. But it is ramping up.

Here's another one. The British media have a decidedly anti-Trump slant and that's been evident in this conflict as well. Even the Telegraph, which is normally even handed enough to allow some moderate or conservative voices on their editorial page, has been quite negative. Which is why I was surprised when this piece from their own editorial staff was published two days ago.

The death of Ali Larijani is a stunning operational coup for the Israeli-American alliance. Removing Iran’s national security chief, the man responsible for the brutal slaughter of thousands of protesters and a leading figure of the regime, is a necessary step in degrading and destroying Tehran’s command networks, and towards a just conclusion of this conflict.
From a military perspective, it was an indisputable success. But it was also further evidence that the broader war is not the disaster that some apparently consider it to be. US jets are engaging with targets at low altitude, demonstrating the total suppression and destruction of Iranian air defences in these areas. Military facilities have been struck 500 miles inland, illustrating the freedom the US and Israelis enjoy in the air. In contrast, the number of missile and drone attacks launched by Iran has plummeted, with analysts seeing “little to no evidence” that Tehran is holding back reserves.
We appear to be witnessing the slow dismantling of much of the threat posed by a regime that has relentlessly sought the destruction of Israel and the acquisition of a nuclear arsenal, has sponsored terrorism, and has threatened the security of global energy supplies. The first waves of strikes took out Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the launch infrastructure for Tehran’s deadliest weapons, and the nation’s naval assets. Now the manufacturing base seems to be following.
Yet many seem convinced that the US has made a catastrophic error. Take BBC World Affairs Editor John Simpson, who responded to Larijani’s death by describing the former commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as “clever and reasonable – the kind of person you might want to negotiate a peace deal with”. For all that Larijani was “a top figure in a nasty regime”, Mr Simpson mused, was it “a good idea for Israel to take out people like him?”
The answer is an unequivocal yes. Leave aside, the role Larijani has played in the brutal deaths of his own people, and focus on the wider strategic aims of the war. When the dust settles, Donald Trump’s actions will be assessed by whether they have made America, and the world, safer.
Iran has posed a threat to the United States, to Israel, and to its neighbours for decades. It had shown no intention of changing course. If it had been left to its own devices, Tehran would surely have continued to make progress towards viable nuclear weapons. It would have continued to develop and stockpile ballistic missiles and drones. And it would have continued to sponsor terrorism around the world, striking at Western interests through its proxies.

Since Day One of Operation Epic Fury, President Trump clearly outlined the U.S. Military’s objectives to end the threat of the Iranian terrorist regime.
The President and the Pentagon predicted it would take approximately 4-6 weeks to achieve this mission.
Tomorrow marks week 3 - and the U.S. Armed Forces are doing an exceptional job. Day by day, the Iranian Regime is being crippled, and their ability to threaten the United States and our allies is being significantly weakened.

Iran is the head of the snake for global terrorism, and through President Trump’s Operation Epic Fury, we are winning this critical fight at an even faster pace than anticipated. In response to Iran’s terrorist attacks against global energy infrastructure, the Trump Administration will continue to deploy America’s economic and military might to maximize the flow of energy to the world, strengthen global supply, and seek to ensure market stability.
Today, the Department of the Treasury is issuing a narrowly tailored, short-term authorization permitting the sale of Iranian oil currently stranded at sea.
At present, sanctioned Iranian oil is being hoarded by China on the cheap. By temporarily unlocking this existing supply for the world, the United States will quickly bring approximately 140 million barrels of oil to global markets, expanding the amount of worldwide energy and helping to relieve the temporary pressures on supply caused by Iran. In essence, we will be using the Iranian barrels against Tehran to keep the price down as we continue Operation Epic Fury.
This temporary, short-term authorization is strictly limited to oil that is already in transit and does not allow new purchases or production. Further, Iran will have difficulty accessing any revenue generated and the United States will continue to maintain maximum pressure on Iran and its ability to access the international financial system.
So far, the Trump Administration has been working to bring around 440 million additional barrels of oil to the global market, undercutting Iran’s ability to leverage its disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz.
President Trump’s pro-energy agenda has driven U.S. oil and gas production to record levels, strengthening energy security and lowering fuel costs. Any short-term disruption now will ultimately translate into longer-term economic gains for Americans – because there is no prosperity without security.
