Perhaps, but I wouldn't judge that based on every random twitter post.

Regarding the KC135's specifically:

-One has been lost in a crash due to an apparent mid air collision with another KC-135 aircraft.
-The one that survived the collision above is still damaged and will need significant repair due to the damaged tail.
-5 others have been damaged on the ground from enemy missile strikes, with several of those returned to service.

So, you tell me if that equates to "Iran has destroyed 7 KC-135 planes in Saudi Arabia"?
