No. If the networks are saying the "US sold this same warhead to Ukraine in 2023" they're just talking about cluster munitions. Cluster munitions/cluster bombs are nothing new. The media just has some footage of ballistic missiles with submunitions popping off over Israelie and other Gulf Nation cities and decided to run with that "new" tactic on how we weren't prepared for it.
But those same people had a complete meltdown when Russia used those same cluster bombs on Ukraine calling them, what else lol, a "War crime". The media was silent on cluster munitions when Obama was using them in Syria until some organization started publishing the data about unexploded submunitions from cluster bombs. It was kinda swept under the rug, because they didn't want to damage the demigod, Obama, too much. But unexploded submunitions feom cluster bombs are a huge issue in war zones and Iran is firing them off haphazardly at the moment.

No. How would the Chinese get the weapons there? It has to be by ship or by plane. In either event, we would know about it, and know exactly where those weapons are. As soon as it changed hands, we would bomb the shite out of them, and there would be no more weapons. But maybe I'm missing something.
