Didn’t you know Bloomberg and Reuters know more than Vance? It’s not like Vance is part of the negotiations or anything.

I've found both of those companies to be riddled with bias. But in this case, the Reuter's article was was misquoted to make it sound like Trump had lied.

I think Trump had to get the price of oil down and the oil flowing. We are approaching tank bottoms all over the world.

If getting oil prices down was the reason, he made piss poor choices. Could have ended the regime by simply dumping firearms in Iran for the people. That was all that was needed. Arm the millions of Iranians that wanted freedom and we would have had a free Iran a month ago.

That was the original plan. That plan was abandoned. Abandoning it was retarded.

I copied an X post someone else posted. It wasn't my post.

You are focusing on the wrong part of my emphasis, which I clarified.

This was a nice thread once. The last half day or so it's gone sideways and all over the place like a ballon releasing air and flopping around everywhere.

To the board,
My question is this....What reason is there that we don't have an official publication of the MoU from either the US or Iran? Does the ceremonial signing in Geneva kinda require the information revealed at that time? Why?

EDIT< I may have found the answer. The MoU is not final yet. People are still jacking with it. All you guys posting shite from Bloomberg and X-Posts are wasting a lot of time and emotions.

https://www.cnbc.com/2026/06/17/trump-us-iran-deal-g7.html

President Donald Trump said Wednesday that the proposed MoU with Iran to end the Middle East conflict is “not final,” and warned that the U.S. could revert to “dropping bombs” if he doesn’t like the deal.

The president was speaking alongside the Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi at the G7 conference in Évian-les-Bains, France.

The proposed agreement is set to be signed in Geneva this week.

Edit #2...I'd bet my $10 against anyone's $5, nothing gets signed by COB this Juneteenth. I'll be chewing on BBQ and swigging from a Big Red coke and nothing will be signed..

From the US? I imagine it's because they want to create the talking points to spin it online first and flood the zone once its officially released, b/c this deal seems terrible.

He most definitely was. “Hillbilly Obama” is kinda catchy.

This whole thing is going to get really ugly. The media is going to make it impossible to go through with the deal. Trump should have kept his campaign promises.

I predict the MOU is never signed as the political blowback in the US becomes too great. Hostilities resume by the weekend.

The MOU will be signed. What we may never have is the binding full-papered agreement to back it up with actual terms, verification procedures, and rules. But even if we never actually get a treaty with enforcement and verification procedures, Trump will not go back for more. Trump is defeated here and he has already moved on.
