What's interesting is how Vindman heard certain words in the conversation he thought were excluded but the other people listening to the call didn't include them in the official transcript.....hmmmm. I'm calling BS Vindman!

I'm pretty sure there's an Article of the UCMJ that covers this that is specifically written for officers.
