This dude is going to get waxed on this issue. Bidens kid was on the Burisma board.
This would be prohibited by American law if Hunter Biden was on the board of an American company seeking to contract with the VP.
Why? Because there’s a natural and inherent conflict btwn Biden’s personal interest (fatherly love) and the interest of the us.
The fact that Volker thought Biden was nice doesn’t remove the conflict.
This is going to blow up in vollkers / Dems face. He’s admitted his personal view of Biden has allowed him to reach his conclusion. It’s the definition of Bias.
There’s no way to separate corruption in Ukraine vis a vis Burisma and the Bidens.
Ds have ducked themselves. The aid was dependent on eliminating corruption pursuant to USA law. Trumps actions were lawful.
