Most of those are people who want to develop connections and name recognition for 2024. The true up and comers wouldn't really want to run against an incumbent.

Doesn’t matter who’s hat is in the ring.

What matters is the 15% unelected Super Delegates favorite.

Mathematically it takes 59% popular vote super majority to overcome the unelected smoke filled room!
