Was she reckless? Yes for sure.
Did the officer have a reasonable suspicion in those 5 seconds that he or someone else was facing serious bodily injury?

That's your opinion. Not a lie. You obviously don't know the difference.
List the elements and affirmative defenses to that legal term. You won’t. You don’t know them. If you did, you would know why it’s a lie.

"I give up, why?"
this is all a continuation of that genuine conversation you want to have because you really care about the lady in Minny who put herself in a position to be shot so you had a "statistic" that you could use to further your ICEhole OMB cult discussion right?
you and Ivory are doing a great job representing the intelligence and debate level of your side of this vewipoint

"and whether or not the officer had reason to believe she was trying to kill"
that addresses your point. if someone is pointing a gun at me i very well may have reason to believe they are trying to kill me whether or not that is their intent.

I don't understand how anyone can watch that video, hear the lady, see her turn the wheel to the right, and then conclude it was her goal to kill him.
And they've been exposed. And that's why all the angry responses.

yes it's justified for rape.

ZERO mistakes were made. A known hostile lunatic hit a trained law enforcement officer with an SUV, and he expertly neutralized a deadly threat, as all LEOs are trained to do.... because their job is to literally serve and protect us.

Whether or not the woman in Minnesota was trying to kill the officer, and whether or not the officer had reason to believe she was trying to kill him is very important. If she was being reckless, that's not a justification to kill her. The only justification is whether that's the only way he could save himself. At the very least the officer made a mistake. Shooting her in no way saved his life. Jumping out of the way saved his life.
You are misinformed. Lethal force is justified when the officer reasonably believes he or a fellow officer is subject to an imminent threat of serious bodily injury or death.
It’s not just death. And it’s not just his own life.
He was not expected to simply absorb vehicular impact .
A 200+ pound man cannot be expected to quickly move to the side on icy pavement at the moment he hears the vehicle tire slip and the engine roar, indicating impact is imminent. Instead, the vehicle moved him to the side after impact.

which caused her to panic
The tape don't lie. At no point did she ever panic. She ran her mouth, and talked her shite. We can hear her clearly and we can see her smug body language. Take your propaganda some place else.

You are like a pharisee. I'm not talking about legality. Legality is like lowest bar of ethics/morality. I support the legal system, it's useful, we need it, but, it's only the arbiter of right and wrong for pharisees and idiots.
Morally, the woman who spent all day every day fricking with law enforcement and then crossed the line into driving her car towards them to get away from them is not in a superior position to the law enforcement officer who approached her car, saw the car coming at him, and made a split second decision to draw and shoot to protect himself.
The moral case here is actually easier than the legal one unless you start from the premise that ICE is inherently evil and it's ok to do whatever you can to stop them.

How DARE you express relief that this unfortunate use of deadly force was proven to be legal and justifiable. How DARE you?!??!?!

J6ers didn't have weapons?
Hey yiou stupid mother fricker, the woman who was shot didn't have any.
Explain why out of ALL the people there, she was the only one that racist piece of shite drew down on.
Go ahead, spew more bullshite.
She was white and conservative, now she is dead, you are happy. You in no way care about what was right.

I assumed you were not so stupid that you could gues it is implied that is the case for saving the life of another.
My guess is, you are take these opportunities to make stupid points because you can never actually make a good argument and this worthless contribution is the best you can do.
thank you!

It’s the controlling standard for law enforcement. Good lord.

Your posting is just endless shell games, obfuscation and denial.
“Prove she was impeding traffic.”
“Here’s video of her parked sideways in traffic for three minutes.”
“The city doesn’t fall because she’s parked sideways.”
“Prove she was trying to obstruct the operation.”
“Here’s a woman who said she’d been doing it all morning.”
“Nuh uh.”
I can only assume that you want people to be as tortured in having to converse with you as you are tortured by having to live with yourself.
