Murdered is a legal term. ICE has legal authority to use deadly force if they believe there is an imminent threat of death. I think it's reasonable to assume that is what the officer believed when he fired the shots after she accelerated it. Murder would have been if he has just walked up to her and capped her.

Yes, I think when the car started moving and he was in front of it he had reason to believe he was facing serious injury.
I know the next question, and, it's why I brought up the point of a passed out driver. If a car with a passed out driver is in close quarters heading towards a cop, is he right to shoot to kill the passed out driver?

This retard chose to walk in front of a car that's not in park while his colleague tries to yank the door open. Either poorly trained or looking for a confrontation, probably both. He didn't even drop his cell phone but he was in fear for his life, and he calls her a fricking bitch immediately after shooting her through the driver side window. He is a psychopath who needs to be removed from society, send his fat arse to CECOT
