Absolutely.

I have stated multiple times in various threads, that there is no way the judicial or legislative branches could interfere with the executive branch’s hiring of personnel or examination or any documents or files.

Trump could literally give an illiterate hobo full access to the entire treasury system and there’s nothing anyone could do about it.

The judge's order is illegal. How is he going to endofcr it? Simply, ignore the order. Trump should issue a preemptive pardon for all the people involved. So, the judge can go pound concrete.

Those theories couldn't be challenged because the order was EX PARTE — meaning Trump's lawyers weren't warned, and couldn't weigh in. Only Democrat Attorneys General were allowed to argue.

How do lefties justify this as a good move??

How on earth could venue be proper in New York regarding actions in D.C.? Holy judge shopping, Batman! I hope they drill down on how this particular judge was assigned.

Ex Parte? Stopping the TREASURY SECRETARY?

This is literally one of the craziest cases I have ever heard.

Trump should just grant pardons from today until 2028 for Elon and all Doge employees and let them continue with their read-only access audits. Play by their rules.

This is exactly what I was coming to post.

Pre-emptive pardons all around. Keep working.

No worries at all.

Usually such orders are set for a specific time. Other side usually given a chance to present it's side before expiration

I thought you were all about 'democracy'?

The people chose Trump to head the executive and Trump chose his employees.

That's democracy in action and this judge wants to kill it.

This shite is incredible. The judiciary may be more corrupt than the other two branches of government.

Something needs to be done about activist judges like this. There has to be a way to hold them accountable for shite like this

Trump just can't do whatever he wants. If doge is given inappropriate access to citizens data, that's not democracy.

Honestly, I don't know if they do or don't. I'm not an expert on it. I guess we will all find out soon.

You'll find very few people on the right side of the political spectrum that have faith in any government agencies, most don't have faith in academia or the judiciary either.

that's it. It's over. The only ones subverting constitutional authority is the courts.

I’ve listened to Mark Levin enough times to know that the judiciary is the most foul element of our country.
