Apparently he is getting what he wanted.
I don’t think you have done much negotiating
Again, you have no idea what is in the agreement but you continue to stamp your foot like a frustrated child

Fine. Its a good deal and better than nothing and achieves our strategic needs.

Eurotrash likely kept Greenlanders from taking in a nice six figure lump sum.
Hopefully Trump reminds them of this every day and twice on Sunday:

We've had bases there before and will continue to do so. My dad was there with an F106 squadron during the cold war. Said it was the most miserable year of his life. Cold and dark, highlighted by harvesting glacier ice for their cocktails. Current USSF base Pituffik was the former USAF THULE AFB. Carry on, situation normal, probably only an increase in defenses as a flex.

In other words, we can continue as usual?

Trumps Golden Dome doesn’t sound like a “flex”

But we already can do that.
No we can’t. You are saying we already have sovereignty over the parts of Greenland we need? That’s incorrect.

We need mining rights to offset the Chinese stranglehold on rare earth minerals and to pay for these bases and protection.

We can already open as many bases as we want, wherever we want, and station as many troops as we want. The only caveat is that the native Greenlanders have some say if we want something too close to one of their settlements.

We should wait till the official deal is announced…

That’s their talking point. The order was given.
Don’t spoil it for them. Every one of them keeps posting it without bothering to read the thread and see that their Sky Screaming brothers already said the same thing
It’s great. We are still in the golden hour when they are confused and hilarious

But I’m sure the panicans & Dems will use the time between now & when the official deal is announced to try to dunk on Trump supporters
Fun times

Sovereignty. I.e., the bases will be sovereign US soil

The biggest difference Bob would be the sovereignty and developing the minerals. We had neither in the agreements with Denmark.
Not the same thing no matter how many times you keep saying it.

Fixing a crisis that he created with the same agreement the US already had is some real Art of the Deal shite.
