New York City Sees More Burglaries of Businesses Under Coronavirus Emergency Measures
They just need to make sure the thieves know that this illegal activity and they should stop. It stops criminals from illegally carrying firearms right?

I would bet that..its more caused by elements of society that had some conscious ( fear of being caught) and now have some tipping point in rationalizing that theft is justified. "People" realizing that..unless it is a violent crime....they aren't going to be arrested...AT ALL. I worry about this more than the virus. All these governors trying to one up each other “out of an abundance of caution” by extending business closures and eventually it gets to a breaking point. Call it boredom, necessity, or just greed.
