How can you run a country like this?

New York blew off 16,000 Trump administration ICE orders to detain suspected heinous illegal migrants accused or convicted in more than 50,000 criminal charges, disturbing new data show.
The Department of Homeland Security said the municipalities across the Dem-driven state have refused to comply with its detainment requests 16,070 times since President Trump re-entered office fewer than two years ago — refusing to hand over criminal migrants suspected or convicted of everything from murder to kidnapping and sexual assault.
“While sanctuary politicians continue to release dangerous criminals onto their streets, our brave law enforcement officers will continue to risk their lives to arrest these heinous criminals and make America safe again. Illegal aliens have no sanctuary in America,” DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin told The Post.

And thats why ICE is having to risk everyone else's lives to apprehend the criminal trash in the streets instead of at the jail.

So Trump should have a press conference solely on this subject tonight.
Stats presented.
"52000 crimes committed....easy to get to, but NY rejected the detainers.
Is this what you voted for NY?"
The American people agree with Trump on this and questions while on the way to the helicopter don't reach the people like a planned address would.

Marxists do not agree with Trump on this.

It's a feature not a bug.
Communists revolutionaries want to unleash the street animals onto the public.

He really needs to harp on it much more than he has been. Force the deMSM to confront it.

Ya know, I don't wish ill on folks, but some of these left-wing scum bag so-called 'elites' need to get a taste of what the average citizen-victim is getting.
These leftist scum bags are all warm and comfy behind their gated homes and communities with layers of security protecting them.
Same goes for all these politicians hiding behind taxpayer financed security.

Until this happens on a deeply personal level, they will never change.

Build a wall around the city. Do not let anyone out. U can go in freely, but u can’t come out.

You can't have a country like this. This is Rebellion against the Government of the United States.

The American Left captured our Judicial branch of Govt by the early 1970s. The fight was over by 1975.

100% agree, there wouldn't be all the issues if cities/states FOLLOW THE LAW
Posted on 10/12/26 at 2:39 pm to uggabugga
I will wait for our resident legal experts to tell me why this is really a good thing

John Roberts would make some non committed ruling on lacking standing and send it back down to the lower courts then once it actually makes it back up then a 5-4 ruling on state’s rights would be handed down, solving nothing.

Only those who already support Trump and the rule of law will see this.
The media and deep state will see to it.

Certain commenters are missing here.
How fractured must lefty minds be to refuse to comment on this indefensible policy, but go and vote in favor of it this November?

They do defend it though. They defend as a matter of policy and they defend it through legal argument.
Remember the presidential candidates for the Democratic nomination all said they would not support deporting people convicted of felonies. Democrats think deportation splits families and are opposed to deportations in general, they think local help for feds causes certain "communities" to become adversarial and distrusting to local law enforcement. And they just have this "feel-good" mentality that diversity makes their cities/states better, etc.
Legally, some cities/counties have faced lawsuits over honoring detainer warrants by denying people their 4th Amendment rights.
