trump saw his window to do some more classic fear-mongering, and who cares if its not even remotely true, according to the FBI...

none of the...evidence collected and analyzed have produced evidence that would support the existence of a scuffle, altercation, or attack.

So does that mean you don't agree with President Trump that someone who has been accused of sexual harassment or physical abuse has the right to due process?

do you know what due process even means? its a purely legal concept, none of the people you're talking about have been locked up and had their rights taken away.

the reality is that they were almost certainly forced out of the White House and didnt resign, so if youre looking for anyone to blame here, blame trump for doing the exact thing hes bitching about. if nothing else he could have refused or at least fought their resignation, and yet he didnt.

But conceptually you'll have to explain why you think people should lose their ability to earn a living with absolutely no due process but require a preponderance of evidence for a civil judgment and guilt beyond reasonable doubt for a criminal conviction.

You can't because it makes no sense.

i actually just edited to address that, but basically, who exactly took away their livelihood?

did CNN come in and fire them?

officially, they resigned, but in all likelihood it was the White House who forced them out. so either they gave up their jobs or trump fired them, all while saying its not fair for these people to be fired.

I actually agree with you on this. Fire the guy or don’t, but don’t bitch about the process.

It is silly the amount of media coverage this has received.

"due process" is a little known, widely misunderstood process that the founders intended to ONLY apply to cases where black gang members assassinate a couple of police officers.

We need to pay more attention to our educational process to make sure this 'real' understanding of 'due process' is impressed on the minds of our youts.

In the age of Russian hysteria, a sitting senator and member of the HIC were both caught trying to get dirt on the president from Russians- something they called treason just a few months ago- just as the story of rampant political corruption is unfolding at the fbi and doj, and the media only wants to talk about a staffer no one has ever heard of who hit his wife and was fired.

And morons like shake will deny media bias and leftist double standards.

If Trump would shut up about it maybe they would drop it.

But Trump can’t help himself.

I think the Me Too movement has gone way too far, but Trump picked a bad case to defend here. Also, if you’re going to beat your wife, better make sure she’s not taking pics of herself after.

I had a Soldier in Hawaii whose wife swung a cast iron skillet at him while he was holding his 1 year old son. When she missed, he shoved her back and she fell down and bruised herself.

She called the cops and he was pulled out of the home. She denied the skillet and he was taken out by the cops.

About 6 months later, she wanted him back and after the hearings, he was allowed back in the home.

1 week later, I visited him in the hospital. This time, she didn't miss.

Now quote the mans obligations to his wife

Fair enough. Both wives and husbands have Biblical responsibilities to each other.

Verses 25-28: Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.

Until the Orange Shitweasel admits his error and apologizes for his full page ad and campaign against the Central Park Five he has absolutely no moral authority to be appealing to due legal process.

Yes, I know what due process means and I know what lynch mob justice means too.

Did you watch the Little Georgey show today?

The bald "gay" guy demanded that all women should automatically be believed and then he had the chutzpah to chastise heterosexual men for their lack of morals.

There was a feminazi on it who was hysterical the entire show and called all the women in the country to arms.

Then they finally admitted that this whole uproar is really about getting rid of the patriarchy which includes the misogynistic white men in the WH.

Meh, when your side and Al Sharpton admit you were wrong about the Tawana Brawley case then you can ask about President Trump's position in the Central Park Five case.

I don't know who this ShortyRob is, but he claims to be an expert in law, science, politics and everything else. My guess is that he is a kid who doesn't bathe, has never dated a girl, and posts like an insane idiot all day here for likes. I would also guess that he, like so many other right wing baboons here, lives a double life in real life and would never want anyone to know that he pretends to be a nazi on the internet.

These people are vermin.

This "scandal" is due to the FBI slow walking background checks until they needed a distraction from being exposed.
