To that point though, more nations with nukes is always more risk.

So be it. I mean, Pakistan and N. Korea have them, China has them....yet none have utilized them.

Someone like N. Korea doenst have the capacity to destroy a moderate to large nation. Using a nuke first would be absolute suicide, thats how the peace is kept.

Good thing our military obliterated their ability to get a nuke a mere 8 months ago, and we knew they were years away...

And you blame others in this thread of creating "histrionic fairy tales".

What I stated was 100% factual, and still is.

Are you stupid? It worked, didn’t it?

We dropped them on a country that was already begging for peace and to that you say "it worked, didn't it"

Yep. It's a retard.

Yes. We Americans are most certainly better off if the country that likes to shout "Death to America" has nuclear weapons.

Strangely, Iran having Nukes would probably cause them and the USA to become less adversarial and develop closer relations.

So you want nations that don't like us to have nuclear weapons?

Nuclear ICBMs as well?

No, it wasn't. It's a fairy tale in your mind. You apparently don't know what a fact is.

The US doesnt need a reason. We are on a roll with "regime change" right now.

Pyongyang has made changes to its constitution to mandate that military must launch ‘a retaliatory nuclear strike’ if leader Kim Jong Un is assassinated or else incapacitated by a foreign adversary.

Well, since they lack the capability to do the same to us, a nuclear strike seems to be the best deterrent.

This is reportedly a reaction to the killing of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and top Iranian leadership at the start of the joint US-Israeli strikes against the regime in Tehran.

Our shitty foreign policy at work. Who didn’t see this coming?

There's never been any debate about why aggressive authoritarian regimes would want nuclear weapons

One of the most aggressive authoritarian nations of the 20th century had them, yet never used them.

I am unsure as to what debate there is.

Its a bit hypocritical for us to be the worlds Nuke police, Mr American firster.

We are the ONLY nation to use a nuke in anger to date. Sounds like you may be trusting us too much.

The US should have a similar constitutional amendment.

At least during conservatives administrations.

It wouldn’t be needed during democrat administrations because they’re always such pussies on the world stage. They seem to like getting it dry from behind.

Are you saying that since Russia never used their nukes, Iran should be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons?

The question is do you want.

Pretty easy yes or no answer.

Irrational fear causes irrational thinking.

If youre afraid of an Iranian Nuke, you might be ready to check into Bellevue for a while.

Not one bit.

Zero hypocrisy about it.

I expect them to go for it and us to stop them.

Thats how your nation keeps you safe so you can play hippy.
