Whole lot of folks out there say NK can’t successfully deliver a nuke outside its own country. Their ‘testing’ over the years has resulted in failure after failure.

So, how certain were we that Iran was in fact close to nuclear capabilities? Netanyahu sat in front of congress in 1995 claiming that Iran was 2 weeks away from nuclear weapons. Were they just that bad at making nuclear weapons of was it bullshite?
