Paying for an election and then immediately undermining the results of the election is eliminating waste?

Paying for the election was a sunk cost either way because there were multiple races and issues on that ballot, not just Clerk of Court. The state didn’t hold a standalone election for this one position.

Yes it saves money moving forward.

You are still stupid.

Of course you’re upset. You’ll be upset about whatever your DNC overlords tell you to be upset about.

called the state out for wrongfully convicting him.

States dont convict. juries and/or judges do

If he was convicted, it was by a judge or jury of his peers

By NOLA voters? I’m pretty sure he would have.

So is Calvin Duncan going to run for this position?

LINK

"If I need to run again, I will," Duncan said in a statement.

Chelsea Richard Napoleon, the Civil District Court Clerk, currently oversees the unified office’s records and funds under the new law. Napoleon has expressed disagreement with the process, saying, “The people voted, and their voices should have been honored,” while also assuring the public that court operations remain stable.

. . . .

The council is considering two resolutions. Resolution R-26-194 would appoint an interim clerk to manage the unified office immediately. Resolution R-26-195 would call a special election on Nov. 3.

I guess the city council likes Calvin Duncan more than Chelsey Richard Napoleon, the lady in charge of the new unified Clerk of Court and former Civil Clerk of Court.

New Orleans is located in Louisiana. Landry and his administration have jurisdiction over the entire state. Deal with it,

I can tell you why I think/know he isn't in prison.

All I am asking you to do is the same. You brought it up, so why isn't he in prison?

Deep down, you know why, but you can't say it because then you can't call him a felon. You are a dishonest lunatic.

Genuine question, why do you bother posting here if you refuse to engage in any discussion other than “Republicans good. Not Republicans bad”?

Like if you really think that line of thinking explains everything, why even come here? Just to broadcast that?
