That's a lie. The investigation had already been established, thanks to George Papadopoulas, and there's no indication at all that Peter Strzok personally began it.

Also, Peter Strzok is no longer part of the investigation.

Also, do you even know how an insurance policy works? It's not a plan for destruction, it's a safeguard in case something destructive happens. So YOUR narrative,that this investigation was in response and revenge to Trump's election makes zero sense in light of the fact that it began well before then. What he meant by the "insurance policy" was that the ongoing investigation had to be scrupulously rendered.

So, here's a quick question: what was the purpose of the Trump Tower meeting? Russian adoptions?
