that's his pretend schtick. Check his posts and the subject matter and you'll find he's just a really confused Progressive.

After reading the report, it appears the correct call was made. Jackson didn’t shoot first and only fired after he himself was shot. That’s self-defense. He should still be charged with armed robbery, though, and sent to jail for a while.

I tend to not post in the threads where I agree with the majority, because it is boring.
Arguing against the majority is fun, but I do not argue against the majority when I actually agree with them. As such, I do not see myself so much as a “contrarian“ as a “selective participant.“
If you look closely, you’ll see that I only participate in maybe 10 or 15% of threads.

The Prosecutor has the discretion in this case to PURSUE CRIMINAL CHARGES yet is choosing NOT to do so.

Wtf. It didn't matter what the clerk did, the commission of a felony negates self defense. You can't kill someone in the commission of a robbery in self defense
