No ladder used by shooter - FBI

According to the FBI Director, Thomas Crooks did not use a ladder to access the roof. I guess he identified as Peter Parker/Spider-Man on J13.

Why don't they have someone mirroring Crooks size go to the site and to test the ways he could access the roof? i.e., A/C, ladder, no ladder, etc. In all honesty, it would not surprise me that he gained access to the roof within the building given the lapse in security.

He bought a 5ft ladder that was not found on the property. That ladder was placed by law enforcement to access the roof.

The official report said the LEO’s had to climb on one another’s shoulders to see Crooks when he turned the rifle on them. So, obviously, they didn't have a ladder from their side of the building.

I didn't say I believe everything coming out, i'm talking specifically about the ladders.
He supposedly hid the gun near the AC unit which he also used to climb on to access the roof. Something ain't right with this, I agree with you there.
To your point, I have no idea how he was able to do that and how the gun wasn't found prior to the rally.

What does it matter? He got up there after being seen by everyone. The most elite police/security depts in the world just missed it.
