That is grossly mistaken. Russia’s power in the ME has been almost completely destroyed over the last three years. Their client Assad was deposed from Syria and Iran was dealt tremendous blows and the regime there is now concerned mostly with their own survival. Hamas and Hezbollah were decimated and the Houthis (for now) are pacified in the Red Sea.

China is still a problem that will require about a dozen more years of the medicine Trump is doling out.
