I’d have my house on the market and be looking to GTFO Cali right now, before my property value drops to nothing and I pay a penny of that forced confiscation of my wealth.
Any sane person in SF, including wealthy blacks, should be doing exactly this.
Try collecting that tax after 99% of your taxpayers are gone and the city looks like a warzone.
