I can only say what I would have argued. I would have argued for the warrant to extend to the entire premises because people move things around.

As would I. So what we are agreeing to is that a search warrant of the main political opposition to the current president, speaker, and senate majority leader’s personal home was raided by the FBI based upon information that was fraudulent and a warrant that was very liberally applied.

Kash Patel said yesterday that Trump declassified all the documents he took home prior to his term of being president expired.

Trump wanted to expose more of the FBI and deep state's role in the Russiagate hoax, not hide it. The only ones with intent to hide those files are the FBI and their co-conspirators in Hillary's Pee Pee Dossier hoax.

They were seeking to avoid any media circus," says the second source, a senior intelligence official who was briefed on the investigation and the operation. "So even though everything made sense bureaucratically and the FBI feared that the documents might be destroyed, they also created the very firestorm they sought to avoid, in ignoring the fallout."

Then they are idiots and couldn’t have passed a basic civil servants exam.

Newsweek’s sources have a tendency to fall out the rear-end of a northbound bull.

Except when they show up, those docs are not in the safe. Was the warrant specific to the records room, Trumps office and wherever the safe is?
No one knows. Neither the FBI nor Trump is releasing the warrant.

If after they go in and the docs are not where they said they would be, were they allowed by the warrant to ransacked the house?
generally not, if the warrant was limited to that location.

Let's say that every FBI agent in the country is inherently evil and on the payroll of the Dem Marxist Pizza Parlor (tm). That does not make them STUPID.

Every FBI agent has the intelligence and training to understand that if a warrant is limited to one room and they search another room and find great evidence, they have ruined the admissibility of that evidence by stepping outside the affidavit.

they know that the docs are declassified. All they need is a "tipster" who "believes" crimes were committed and a court they can convince to allow them warrants. Then they get to go in and look for whatever they want to look for. Like they did to Manafort. Remember, they hung him on mortgage fraud "found" in the process of investigating him for Russiagate.

None of these tactics are new. Remember the "anonymous whistle blower"? The FISA warrants?

The pervs allegedly went through Melania's wardrobe
Yes, yes, and they tried-on her bras and sniffed her dirty panties. That is the fantasy, anyway.

The reality? The warrant almost certainly authorized them to search the entire premises, and they did so. The presence of thongs, garters and thigh-highs does not exempt a room from a search warrant.

But they searched the entire house for hours? Why, if they knew right where the documents were stored?

SHH!!! You're not supposed to ask these types of questions.
It goes against their narrative.

With that change, we agree.

then they probably should have been smart enough not to refuse to produce the warrant to the family attorney on the scene before asking her to stand at the foot of the driveway, look the other way, and turn off all the security cameras while they "search" the house.

So if Newsweek is so sure about the informant confidence then why don’t they have the names of the documents?

Spot on! The verified experts on Twitter believe that there may even be criminal evidence hidden in Ivana's grave! Did they check the plumbing? Trump also flushes crimes down his 24K gold shitter.

Now the FBI is pretending that they lost Hunter's laptop drive. Maybe they lost it the same place as Lois Lerner back up to her corrupted IRS drives!

Perhaps that's why a duty magistrate shouldn't treat SOMETHING LIKE THIS like one of his routine warrants he will sign each day, no? Nor anyone up or down the line of such a thing. Don't you see how absurd it is to try to play it off as such?

an FBI confidential human source

The counter-intel OP they launched during Crossfire Hurricane didn't end when Trump left office. They are still running HI assets.

My bet is this FBI plant was the one that inserted the poison pill docs and was the one that helped box the material to his home. This has setup written all over it.

Don't forget. The FBI used a human source to plant info into the Trump campaign in 2016. They then manufactured a way to have that info to be repeated to another "informant" so they could pretent it originated from the campaign in order to illegally secure warrants from a secret court.

Sounds like when I was in the minor leagues we had some player/informant telling the manager what players were doing at night (drinking/partying). I sniffed around and concluded it had to be this one guy. So I told this guy I was going to have a small water cooler filled with vodka out in the bullpen for the next game. Sure enough, pitching coach wanders down to bullpen (which he never did) complaining about the heat and if he could get a drink of water. I said go right ahead. It was of course water and they ended up shipping the rat up to double A.

Maybe Trump sniffed a rat and set him up
