Did a doctor give a medical diagnosis to the mother stating she was at serious health risk for carrying this child to term? Did the child survive? Was there a life threatening condition?

If you want mothers to risk their lives to carry a non viable fetus then that's exactly what you want.

Then why would we call a pregnant woman a mother?
Because "incubator" or "parasite host" sounds mean.

In your world that is clearly only going on in your head,

women are murderous creatures that are procreating for the sole purpose of having an abortion in the 3rd trimester.

And medical doctors are going along with this?

Now run that back and apply it to the real world
I can't be informed for you.

I don't. And what's worse is, you know I don't. But, you're a liar so you don't care.
I support a life exception. Hell, I support a physical health risk exception. And what do you mean "non-viable"? This bill doesn't require that at all.
Posted on 1/23/19 at 1:57 pm to RebelExpress38
While they’re at it, why not just make abortion legal up to the 270th trimester.

What version of the bill are you reading?
§ 2599-BB. ABORTION. 1. A HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER LICENSED, CERTI-
43 FIED, OR AUTHORIZED UNDER TITLE EIGHT OF THE EDUCATION LAW, ACTING WITH-
44 IN HIS OR HER LAWFUL SCOPE OF PRACTICE, MAY PERFORM AN ABORTION WHEN,
45 ACCORDING TO THE PRACTITIONER'S REASONABLE AND GOOD FAITH PROFESSIONAL
46 JUDGMENT BASED ON THE FACTS OF THE PATIENT'S CASE: THE PATIENT IS WITHIN
47 TWENTY-FOUR WEEKS FROM THE COMMENCEMENT OF PREGNANCY, OR THERE IS AN
48 ABSENCE OF FETAL VIABILITY, OR THE ABORTION IS NECESSARY TO PROTECT THE

Maybe I apologize....but I'm not reading 21 pages of bad opinions. Can you really quickly catch me up by answering one question?
Do people believe that this makes abortion legal in New York up until birth just for any reason?
