Do not resist arrest EVER. And especially do not resist arrest while in possession of a firearm. You have to be absolutely fricking retarded to do that.
Agreed but there is no way to know at this point if he was resisting. He was peppered sprayed twice then, taken down by one officer and then immediately tackled by 6 more, then shot all in the span of about 10 seconds. While on the ground it hard to see his motions or how or if he was resisting, if any commands were being said that he was refusing etc..
The video in the OP......now that is resisting but its also shows a complete lack of control in the officers ability to make an effective coordinated arrest.

Should have thrown his arse in jail. Might have saved his life...

This is where your propaganda takes a fork in the road away from reality.
If you have to add fake assertions about things that did not happen to justify shooting someone dead, perhaps your justification isn't valid.

Yea, these people think 2A and laws are some kind of shield that protects you from bad decisions.
He didn't "deserve" it. This is what "should" have happened, etc.

No one is saying this a**hole! But it does shine light on his typical behavior. A "video character witness" if you will

You're queering up the thread again, bottom. Your self admitted stupidity is making itself known.

Is this how he got a busted rib?

That meme from a couple years ago was dead on...
The one where "if you shoot into a crowd of people at a Trump rally, you will kill a father/firefighter/community leader. If you shoot into a crowd at a progressive protest, you will hit a pedophile/violent criminal".
One was referring to Kyle R and the other to Trump's first assassination attempt.

Another example of an excuse-maker knowing that their excuse is no good, so they have to make something up to substantiate the excuse.

He was prolly just having a bad day and that’s why he flipped out.
He probably wasn’t resisting arrest at all and was completely compliant in the other event when he was shot.
People change all the time.

They should charge them down to the lead, brass, and black powder. Don’t forget Florence Nightengale here, quit his job to find out.

You are clearly using it as at least partial justification for his death after the fact...please stop playing dumb.
How he acted in this video is moot given what we saw on the video of him being murdered.
You made a judgement based on politics, it is rightfully being questioned, and now you are scrambling for reasoning after the fact to confirm your stance and bias.
Its ok, both the left and right do it.

Correct. And his behavior prior....it isn't fair to judge that.
But if he were a Trump supporter, well, then we know he was inherently violent and is likely a nazi.

The guy is dead. Whether it was justified or not won't bring him back to life. You people are so hung up on splitting legal hairs and analyzing a split-second cell-phone video of a scrum of people.
But the guy is still dead. No one will go to jail over it. The point that most people are making is that it was idiotic to put himself in that position.
If you show up armed at a law-enforcement action and interfere, even casually, bad things can happen as we have seen.

Should be arrested and jailed, yes. Shot and killed, no.
If you resist arrest and cause a struggle with officers, then anything could happen. Especially if you are armed. We are talking common-sense stuff here.

He planned a massive agent killing event. All those officers were lucky he never killed them.
That two clips bastard didn’t succeed.

That sheds new light. So not only was he a freedom fighter for the galactically stupid, but, also a butt fricker of unconscious military vets in the hospital?
Holy shite!
Someone get Red Redux up in here. This news will send him over the edge.

No. It’s being used to kill the propagandist narrative that he was a loving, peaceful ICU nurse. And you hate that this narrative is dying so you’re fighting it.
Please drive through.
