New video: Moment of impact when tear gas canister *actually* hits Portland rioter

I noticed several people in the other thread lamented the fact that the tear gas canister impact with the rioter’s head wasn’t caught on video.
Apparently it was.

I might have sympathy if that was what he did...but he went over and cleared that first can from the area.
