Personally, I don't think they can do it but they can sure cause a lot of death and terror with their partners in the Red/Green Alliance before they are finally defeated. Iran is the railhead for the spread of radical Islam and they do not need to have a nuclear weapon or a military that can seriously threaten their gulf neighbors.
