Everyone is firing at the same time because they believed there to be a threat. You think this was premeditated? That's retarded.
Let me ask you a question. Is the corollary of your theory also correct? Meaning, if there are a bunch of cops with their guns out during a situation from a similar vantage point and only one shoots….immediately NOT a good shot?

You know of an officer-involved shooting where a cop killed an unarmed person and got away with it because they said they thought the decedent was armed without any objective evidence to support that belief ?
This reminds of the narrative put forth concerning an incident in Baton Rouge back in the day.

The guy who was killed is not the person who bit his finger.

I would say that is unknown.
Why, what info are you privy to?

I just got time to watch the videos. I think whoever fired shots is fricked.
I realize things are moving fast in that situation, but I didn’t see any angle showing the guy brandishing his weapon (it’s possible I missed one). And it looks like one of the ICE agents took it away from him a second or two before shots were fired.
It also looks like this guy never got physical with any of the agents and was trying to help another citizen out after they got pushed down.
I’ve been supportive of what ICE has done so far and thought the first shooting was justified. This one looks pretty bad IMO.

Not really.
The USSC standard is case by case based on the facts of each case.
There is also a reasonableness standard included in the analysis.

Reword your question to be more straightforward.

Well, this just isn’t true.

The problem with video is life doesn't start when a video begins. We don't know what this guy was doing prior. The officer approaches like he knows well who this guy is.

That makes sense because the video doesn't indicate that seems likely

You mind linking me to a video showing otherwise?
It’s honestly somewhat difficult to follow some of the videos due to a lot of the people wearing similar colors.

Once you’ve had serious physical injury, it seems clear that you are in danger of serious physical injury.

Every video I’ve seen shows him making contact with the officers multiple times.

Again, its' case by case with a reasonableness standard.
Any non-lethal threat isn't going to lead strongly one way or the other by itself.
