Looks like they disarmed the guy before they shot him on top of things. Not a good shoot no matter how you idiots try to slice it:
Right. Because it’s not remotely possible that he had 2 guns. /s

If the suspect had another weapon you could bet your arse they would have been mentioning that fact. This is basic logic. Again, bad shoot, and the longer it takes you guys to realize that the more idiotic you appear to be.
So please educate us all on your experience dealing with deadly force? I will go first. I was a certified master training specialist and a former base Force Protection Officer. I spent over three years training military officers on force protection principles and the use of deadly force. I can make no declarative statements based off the videos I have seen on this thread. I will say that if a suspect is resisting arrest, is armed and any agent fears for either his safety or others then deadly force would be authorized, one funny thing watching the pink coats video something happened because several officers all reached for their side arms at the same time. That is a sure fire tell that something escalated in that instance.

Looks like it to me
An awful video for ice. The guy never went for his gun, they saw one on his person and chose to murder him.

Like it or not, what I am saying is the law in all circuits: deadly force is justified only in cases where an officer has reasonable belief that his life or the life of others is being imminently threatened (and this includes risk of serious bodily harm).
OK, fine. I agree with you, for the sake of argument, that this is the legal standard.
In that case, my position is that from what I saw on the video, a reasonable LE would reasonably believe that the suspect presents an imminent threat that would authorize LE to use deadly force. I saw a suspect that was armed with a pistol who was under arrest, resisting arrest, actively fighting with LE.
My position is based on the common sense notion that, if you arm yourself with a pistol, and then get in a fight with LE as you resist arrest, you have placed LE in a gravely dangerous situation, and LE must be legally authorized to neutralize that threat that you have presented to them.

Nobody has reported a 2nd gun, you’re getting into wishful thinking at this point.
Doesn't matter if there was or wasn't a second gun. Once any firearm is present they are allowed to use lethal force.

Best view so far. Shows nothing that condemns the officers. Good clean kill.

That is my question here. Who's gun is he running away with, because I still can't tell if he reaches for anything even in the pink lady's video. If the guy is running off with the deceased gun and there is no second gun or anything then I think the guy in green messed up and went overboard on the gun gun gun call. Again I can't tell and fully support LEO protecting themselves, the Renee Good incident was justified for instance, but if he really was disarmed already then they just made a martyr for real. The POV videos make it difficult to really see what is probably going to be the deciding factor. Also what are yalls opinions on ICE wearing body cams like regular police officers?

There are a lot of bad ice vids. Acting like fools because they have masks/no IDs so little accountability. Never seen so many "small govt" types simp for the state more than Trump 2.0

I agree but the minute you resist arrest you are putting your life at risk. Do you agree?

Yeah, I wonder if they saw the gun come out and thought the dead guy was pulling it. They all jumped at the same time. Something spooked them.

I’m not saying it’s not. I’m saying the video is unclear about where the gun comes from, how many guns he possessed, communicated threats, etc.
