Isn't that consistent with what Comey said in his testimony -- "our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case"?
After he listed all the reasons why a reasonable prosecutor would bring a case?

What if the full question was "because we are the prosecutors and we're telling you that we're not going to prosecute this case... based on the evidence that we have?" Isn't that consistent with what Comey said in his testimony -- "our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case"? Try to just answer the Comey question if that is possible.

I guess you were too ignorant to even attempt to answer the Comey question, so instead you posted that stupid, jackass response. Typical.

A federal judge overruled late last month the objections of both Steele and David Kramer, a longtime associate of John McCain and former State Department official, to make their depositions public. The pair gave testimony in a lawsuit brought against BuzzFeed in December 2018 by a Russian Internet entrepreneur. The depositions could be released as soon as March 14.
The organization to which Fund for a Better Future donated $2,065,000 in 2017 was founded on Jan. 31, 2017, by Daniel Jones, a former intelligence committee staffer for Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif. Last spring it was revealed that Jones told the FBI he hired Fusion GPS to push a narrative that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia in order to influence the outcome of the 2016 election.

Isn't that kind of the DOJs decision?
If there is evidence to charge then you charge. You don't make decisions to charge because of your political affiliation or alliance. So no this is not the type of decision the DOJ should have abdicated to the White House.

Not going to speculate and assume to answer your dumb arse question.

Not only was there enough to charge Hillary with, there's probably enough to charge a good chunk of DOJ with it seems.
Handing out immunity like candy for no reason. Letting Hillary's people decide what the FBI could see and what they couldn't. Blatantly destroying evidence. The fix was in here without a doubt.

Well lookethere a little F Lee Bailey early this morning. Thats why it says "charge" in the OP not prosecute....but dont let the English language stand in your way....
I think we all know the fbi reccomends charges, the doj prosecutes based on those charges.

Correct. They recommend charges to the DOJ. They don't file charges.

Ho Le shite. Are you really going here after 2 years of constant, unlimited, special counsel digging and still cheering for impeachment?

.....no one is above the law (cough, gag, puke).....except if you're Hillary Rodham Clinton.
You see America it works like this. In the mind of the liberals...there's the law for the elites, and then there's the law for all you little people. Now get back to work and pay your taxes so that we (socialist) can confiscate them.
