Best I could tell, some Antifa thug was trying to beat a dude with a skateboard and got himself perforated. All the while, tough guy shouting "we're going to kill you" is the first to beat feet screaming "RUUUUUUN!" when the gunplay starts. Let that be the lesson....Stay Strapped or Get Clapped.

Everyone on Twitter saying the man was a threat are idiots and clearly don't understand the law. When someone is walking away, they are no longer a threat.

Whoever filmed it and yelling kill him just gave the shooter a justifiable case to claim he feared for his life.

It was difficult to see who got shot. Some dude tackled him. Then it looked like another dude with the skateboard got involved and got shot. Hard to tell.

Yeah looking at other videos where the person that was show is laying on the ground, its someone that was most likely attacking him thankfully. I just hope the person he shot wasnt a bystander.

I’ll have to look for a better video that shows how it started, but from what I can tell in the video linked in the OP, he didn’t pull it out of his holster until 39 seconds in. Which was after he retreated, after he was attacked, and while he was on the ground. Unless he did something egregious to start it all, I think it’s clear-cut self-defense.
