Oh come on. Don't tag me with that.

Perception is our own individual reality. We see something and, based on background and experiences, perceive things one way. Sometimes a different factset, or a different take on the facts, can signal those initial perceptions were askew. I'm just alerting you to that, or at least trying.

They are all replaceable. There should be mandatory retirement at 65 or at least a 10% personnel cut every year.

It felt weird to make the exchange personal by bringing up teachers.

That is one of your areas of expertise, Cubs. At least I thought so. That is why I raised it in conjunction with your experiences fielding posts by folks who have zero experience in your field. One of mine is corporate management. My perception is you have less experience in that area.

You know I could never live with myself if I worked for a corporation.

(that was supposed to be a joke in case it didn't land)

I get that. As a co-founder, working "for a corporation" is a bit more nuanced though.

This is not just happening at CBS. Tons of companies are asking their employees to justify their jobs on a weekly basis. My wife just left her job at a fortune 100 company due to the toxic bullshite like this. She took a position as a COO at a new place. So now she will be the one asking people to justify their jobs.

And let me guess…they’re losing their minds over it.

I swear, it’s like people nowadays have an allergy to accountability.

If you’re actually doing your job, it should take you about 5 minutes to answer the question.

Let me answer that question for them/him:

Read DNC talking points and figure out ways to frame them as "news."

So Pravda propagandists don’t want to have to explain what it is they do to a new boss.

Thats because most of their day is doing nothing.

This is all being done very publicly, which signals disingenuity.

This is being done publicly because CBS News staffers undoubtedly leaked it and got the WGA involved.

That's not the point. It's bullying behavior that creates a hostile and toxic work environment. It's terrible management and leadership.

Way to out yourself as never having led a team or owned a business.

Let me break it down for you, read slowly. A new boss asking their new team what they do, what works, and what doesn’t work is exactly what a new engaged boss should do. You wouldn’t know because you are worthless and only collect a government handout

That’s not an apology for acting like a little bitch while a poster was trying to have a rational conversation with you. He was even working to implement your “expertise” to make a point so you both had an understanding of the points he was trying to make. Something you claim is lacking here.

Yesterday you posted from noon till 10 30 pm. So I guess you noted that in your paperwork, and signed off on it, right? You know, since employees never cheat on company time

I was off work yesterday running family members to doctor appointments. But thanks for noticing.
