These people are celebrating Dem victories today.
They worked hard to put Hillary into the White House. One even ran in Utah in the hopes of helping Hillary win.

I'm a conservative who was NeverTrump, but I'm on board now... he's governing like a conservative and has won my support. I think the moderate Republicans are still butthurt that he beat the establishment.

Trump is a wolf in sheeps clothing. He’s not close nservatove and has brought liberals into his inner circle. He also displays almost no understanding of the constitution or conservative values. He certainly is in no way evangelical. Ultra nationalistic and pro-business is not unto itself true American conservatism
So yes, #NeverTrump is actually more conservative.

As much as we want to label #nevertrump as one big thing, it has to be broken up
McMullin and those types went off the deep end. They make critiques of Trump while defending similar behavior from people on the left. When your response to Trump goes so far as to praise or defend the equivalents on the left, you know you've lost it. People like him, Jennifer Rubin, etc., assuming they were ever mildly conservative in the first place - those folks deserve all the scorn you can level.
Meanwhile, you've got dudes like Ben Shapiro, Guy Benson, etc. who are reasonable, who criticize Trump but don't cross over into taking an opposite ideological position just for that purpose. They're also prone to defending Trump where it makes sense.

The entire idea of #NeverTrump is fricking stupid.
Blanket opposition just for the sake of opposition is the type of thing a child does.
I prefer to take the adult approach of criticizing Trump when he makes a bad decision, and giving him praise when he makes a good one. Just like I did with Obama. And Bush.

I didn't vote for the guy and think he's off his rocker, but I'll go issue by issue like I did with Obama. If he can pull off tax reform I'll be happy with that.

Presidents are more than just decision makers. They are heads of state, representatives of our country, overseers of the promises they make, and leaders. Tone, decency, collaboration, intellect, character and influence all matter greatly. Decision making is just one aspect of importance.

Trump is not nor ever been a conservative. People don’t change from a lifelong liberal to a conservative in their 70s.
