The outstanding vote thing is a moving target, it's not a known quantity.

But I'll just say it, I think Walker is going to miss a runoff and lose outright.

Yep Warnock is gonna get above 50%. GOP will have to pick up at least 1-2 Senate seats in ‘24 to take back the Senate. This was close to a blue wave except in Florida.
