What you have to understand is that these Neocons/RINOs are liberals. They believe in the same ideology the democrats do. They want two parties that are both liberal, one being slightly less so than the other. They are beyond angry they lost their party to trump.
Once you understand that, it all falls into place.
What they fail to get is that the republican party will never go back to neocon ways. Those are gone forever. Nationalism is the future.
