this has come to include those with disabilities as well.
Dr's have skirted in the gray area... law already allows for a child up to 1 year and over 12 years to be euthanized for terminal illnesses but they have stretched it to include disabilities...
Evil knows no bounds...

Slippery slope....
Remember, many of these Euthanasia Fetishists have advocated for depression to be a reason for assisted suicide.

Hitler euthanized the disabled in the 1940s and it was considered evil.
The Dutch are doing it in 2020 and celebrating it.

Unreal. So an adult gets to decide for the child if their life is worth living. These people are evil.

Our Euro-office was there.
Nobody seems to get married there anymore. Not one of my Dutch co-workers was married. They had "partners."
There is plenty of good to say about the people there, but wow, it just couldn't be more different. First thing you'll notice is when you Uber at the airport, you get college-educated Lars in his Tesla, as opposed to Akmed from Nigeria in a Civic.

Well, if there were a bright side... Joe, Nancy and Hillary would all be prime candidates to be put down...

There is that....unless they're running the killing machine

Not much different here in the US. We just allow it much sooner.

You think Joe or Nancy survives running the killing machine?

Once you normalize that, it's an easy slide to get to the place where a panel can judge you unproductive to humanity and have you disposed of for wasting resources.

We should allow this in the USA, for those terminally afflicted with TDS.

I would rather bear the pain and agony of watching my child suffer the pain and agony of a disease rather than deal with the guilt and remorse of literally killing them.
We, as a society in the 21st Century, have no idea how to bear the weight of suffering. Modern medicine and technology has made life so incredibly easy for us that we almost never have to deal with the pain of watching a child die from Polio, Whooping Cough, or some other disease that we can easily treat and prevent now. Every one of my grandparents lost a sibling when they were growing up to some kind of illness or disease.
There is a spiritual strength and fortitude that comes from dealing with pain and suffering and we do not understand that anymore in 1st world countries. And that is a large part of the decline in religious attendance and the EXACT reason things like this are now accepted by so many people not just in the US, but all over the world.
It is truly disheartening and depressing.

The Dutch are finishing what the Nazis started. Mercy Killing of the infirm was a key platform of the Nazi Party.

Look, I'm not saying I agree with this, but my 12 year old has been really pushing my buttons lately.

Your post made me think of something that i often wonder about. We have a teen who had brain cancer. She’s fine now. Tumor was removed. We visit Saint Jude’s annually for check ups, and while there I see mostly fighting angels with spirits and a vitality about them that is inspiring. trust me, if you donate to Saint Jude’s, you are giving to some beautiful little warriors. But there are some who are like the walking dead who break my heart. I don’t know their stories or prognosis, so I shouldn’t wonder, but I can’t help but wonder if some have been told they have only 3 or so years. Would it be wrong to advise the child to deny the chemo and radiation etc for less time on Earth, but for time that is spent not feeling like hell? And then I see the babies. I don’t know if I could put a baby through that. They don’t understand why.
But no, I would not kill my child with cancer or a disability. I’m just saying I often wondered about the decision to refuse intervening grueling treatments that only offer a little more time to live, but time that isn’t really quality due to how sick one feels from that treatment.
