Also, I don't think they would raid his hime unless they had a good idea of what might be there. I believe this entire "investigation"(and whats yet to come) has been gamed out long before now.

Just because Bolton was working for the 45 Admin, that does not guarantee he was on Team Trump with respect to motivations/allegiances.
