You must have had a terrible childhood, teen years, maybe even rejection by the ugly girls in your class, etc.

Whatever it is that made you "you", only "you" know. Tboy is usually referred to by people of cajun background as "little boy". Is little man syndrome the reason?

There’s a few places in this country where a Dem candidate would still legitimately win ….mainly because those areas are loaded to the gills with batshite crazy Leftist idiots.

But the modern Dems would not come remotely close to wielding the power they do across this country if we had legitimate elections.

They know that
….and that’s why they are fighting with everything they have to keep elections as much as a free-for-all and as difficult to efficiently and honestly manage as they can.

Not only do they know it they have also worked for decades to ensure there is always opportunities to win closely contested elections with just enough illegitimately cast ballots to win those close elections.

You wanna know something else the Democratic Socialists know? They know tens of millions of America First/MAGA patriots know Dims are rigging elections and the Dims say, What are you gonna do about it? The Democratic Socialists believe they're cheating fair and square per the myriad of court challenges that are soundly dismissed.

Living in reality is terrible, isn’t it?

By all means, be very angry about an intermediate court decision that is more than a year old and was overturned. And while you are at it, make up an entire false back story about it. And make up some more things to be angry about. I’m sure that you will enjoy being very angry in a fantasy world.

65,000 ballots in the 2024 election for a NC Supreme Court race should NOT have counted.

This was an election where a Democrat won by only 734 votes.

Whatever it takes. By any means necessary.

That would be the logical thing to do but we don't live in a logical society

Establishment GOPe want the cheating as well. How else are they going to fundraise and act like they are representing their constituents?

So what’s the remedy to reverse it?

So what happens when state SC agree with the lower court? Tough potatoes? New election? We never hear anything past appeals court.

No because you can't assume all 65k were voted the same way. So you can't give or take away ballots from a particular nominee

They could do something of extreme difficulty, like count the 65k and deduct them from the cast votes for both candidates.

I suspect that the dem would lose a lot of the those votes.

They had to cheat and create 65,000 fraudulent votes just to win by 734.

Think about that.

The democrat appeals to federal court and wins. Which is what happened here.

Doesn’t it go to the state SC first?

When the voting lists are public knowledge and some groups have access to monitor who has voted and who has not, ballot harvesting and mail in ballots can lead to a lot of fraud.

But it sure seems like it should invalidate the election and the position should remain vacant until a special election can be called and held.

No it doesn’t
