They know tens of millions of America First/MAGA patriots know Dims are rigging elections and the Dims say, What are you gonna do about it? The Democratic Socialists believe they're cheating fair and square per the myriad of court challenges that are soundly dismissed.

So what happens when state SC agree with the lower court? Tough potatoes? New election? We never hear anything past appeals court.

They could do something of extreme difficulty, like count the 65k and deduct them from the cast votes for both candidates.
I suspect that the dem would lose a lot of the those votes.

When the voting lists are public knowledge and some groups have access to monitor who has voted and who has not, ballot harvesting and mail in ballots can lead to a lot of fraud.
