Since when are Mexicans fully Caucasian? Mexicans have Amerindian ancestry and even some sub-Saharan African. (Granted that they’re in complete denial about having black ancestry.)

Can they pull the ads of one party without pulling down an equivalent number of ads for the opposition?
I know they are paid to run those ads, but I thought there was something in election laws that required networks to give equal time to both parties?
