Navy Destroyer Had Its Bridge Illuminated By Mysterious Drones

UFO/UAP? Nope, not necessarily, but these seem to be just "quad drones" flying with impunity over, around and including one case, where one lands on the deck of an Arleigh class destroyer.
There is something really wrong about this whole thing, from 2018, that seems to still be the case today.
Our military is in the stone age. Drones have changed the entire warfare dynamic, We're spending billions on expensive military hardware and our adversaries are spending next to nothing on drones. All it takes to destroy a $1B aircraft carrier is a well-placed $10K drone equipped with an explosive charge. How many $10K drones can you build with $1B? There's no technology that I'm aware of that can shoot down hundreds of drones quickly enough to prevent some of them from doing damage. Enough said?
These reports seem to highlight gross incompetence from top to bottom. You will have to check some of the link from the Warzone website to understand.

Well, whoever is operating those drones probably has pitiful pride parties compared to the US Military.

Why would you need to shoot them down when you can disable their comms. All drones need guidance and disable that and presto, no shots need fired. Anything we have we are not going to advertise.

Our military is light years ahead of anyone on this planet. If you don't think we have drones that are technically advanced then you're an idiot. I've seen first hand our Navy ships versus other countries ships and they are no where near us. These morons still can't refuel and refurbish ships while still streaming like us and Britain can and we taught Britain.

You obviously have not read any of the FOIA documents in the article.
After you read some, then judge who the idiot is.

Changing the name of the military bases is a more important issue at the moment!

Yeah but who else has a four star tranny?

I don't need to read jack I have personal, up close, knowledge. Plenty of times we have denied technology just for years later its released that it was our technology all along. I know defensive weapons that were being tested in the mid 90's on Navy ships that still have not be released to the public today.
" Stoneage Military" LMAO. There is one reason and one reason alone China hasn't made a move and that reason is called The United States military.

That better be a really, really, really, really big explosive charge.

That is in all likelihood accomplished.
Maybe they were testing defense and response.

You have no clue how our Navy ships are designed do you. Our ships can take hits and have the ability to secure the damaged area and reroute electrical and water throughout the ship. Navy personal are trained and do training on this all the time.

Got to make it pass cruisers, destroyers, subs and fighter jets to get to that carrier.

Congratulations on your observations of the past. Almost 20 years ago, (mid 2000s), I got a guided tour of the Hanford facility, by the DynCorp Project Manager, where I was also shown some old nuclear reactors in open pits, so the Kremlin could verify from space. He also treated us to a wine and cheese party at his wine and cheese store. I also did work at Los Alamos, Sandia Labs, Y-12, Brookhaven and more, which has no bearing on 2022.

If we have it, you wouldn’t know about it. Personally I would be shocked if our major surface vessels didn’t have something that could at least theoretically counter a swarm attack.
And you don’t have to shoot them down to render them useless.

They did. 151 times and even landed one on the quarter deck. That is the fricking point!

I think you’re presuming that the Navy truly doesn’t know what it was and truly couldn’t have countered it.
I believe that is folly. Our capabilities will never be public knowledge.
