Think what you want. I'm just posting my opinion. NATO was constituted to protect (mostly western) Europe from the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union hasn't existed for 30 years, and the Russia it became is a massive trading partner with the (mostly western) Europe we are spending trillions to protect, while they look down their nose at our policies, philosophy, and leadership and implement evermore socialism. We should drop NATO and the UN on their heads, and work to form relationships with countries that appreciate our help and protection, while sharing our values. Poland is the only European country that comes to mind.

Remember when the USA and Russia liberated Western Europe?
If the Russians had "liberated" Western Europe, the Iron Curtain would have extended all the way to the Atlantic Ocean.
Given President Blabbermouth's tendency to spill the bean to pretty much everyone all just to show how Very Important he is I say NATO needs to do all they can to safeguard sensitive information.
You may not like NATO or any of the member countries but they are what stand between us and the Russians.

Yep. The only reason they're so "pro-Ukraine" is because the US is finding it all. Withdraw everyone from everywhere and watch how fast it collapses.

NATO is all that is standing between us & Russia? Living under a rock? The next war would involve rockets, not boots on any ground. China is a far bigger risk by most accounts. As for any bases, why would the U.S. need bases if not a member of NATO?
