Obstruction of justice so we can close down the judiciary since we don’t need their opinion

Pretty sure Turley cleared the air on that yesterday.

To prevent one branch from attacking the other without cause, there is always a 3rd branch to clear conflicts.

So, the judiciary isn’t there to rule on disputes between the other two branches?

Not when it means the Democrats might not get their way.

My guess is that Schiff’s “subpoenas” were challenged as being unenforceable because they weren’t part of a legally binding impeachment process, which would have required a House vote.

Thus, going to court to claim Congress is trying to force something they can’t actually do is apparently “obstruction”.

Heck, they've been pretty clear...

Trump trying to keep them from doing any and everything they want to do is obstruction of justice.

I’m still astounded that people speak of this old carcass with some reverence. She comes across as a complete fraud and moron to me. This bitch can’t recite her own name without it written in front of her. She’s either senile, stupid or both.
Sheep are too fricking scared to nut up and get beyond the bullshite niceties that have resulted in the veil around the current fricking swamp.

Just another word/phrase the democrats have diluted over the years by throwing it at everyone that goes against them.

The Democrats (and certain Republicans) have been very clear for 3 years: there’s a set of rules and laws that apply specifically to Donald J. Trump and no other president. And it’s obvious why: he’s an outsider that they can’t otherwise control and thus, must be kept in check.

If they present this as an article there should be uproarious laughter from the floor of the House. The Democrats like to say no one is above the law.....well, no one is below it, either.

So if the president tries to defend himself using the neutral third branch of the govt., it’s also obstruction. Got it.

Maybe, but the general populace will never see or hear that. the only thing from Turley that will be aired is the stuff that they could spin out of context.

The House Intel Committee subpoena'd a crap ton of documents from Trump and he/the WH turned over like 95% of what was requested. The other 5% they classified as "Executive Privilege" (things like communications with WH Counsel, Don McGahn, and personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, for instance), and then Trump petitioned Federal Courts/SCOTUS to rule on this, and they will not turn those remaining documents over unless the court tells them to.

And the Dems are calling this "Obstruction of Justice".

Not only are they effectually disregarding the concept of Executive Privilege, but they are also disregarding Attorney-Client Privilege AND the notion that there is a 3rd equal branch of government purposed for Checks and Balances.

The Dems are the ones being authoritarian, fascist, and completely abusing their power.

The Democrats are one punch line, after another-----always with the joke on them!
They sound like a bunch of illiterates sitting across the kitchen table, arguing the constitution with each other.
