She is not an attorney, but she has bright attorneys advising her. She is fully aware that this is a completely non-substantive, and entirely procedural, ruling.
Nonetheless, she has to play the role.
it is no different than Trump touting this as some “great victory.“ He too has bright attorney is advising him. If he listened, he is fully aware that this is barely a blip on the radar.
In candor, however, I am more certain that Nancy listens to her legal advisors than that Trump does so.
