And the current administration does what? Please provide examples where it sought and received authority from any other body.

I’m playing the world’s smallest violin right now for Trump.

He deserves more shite than he gets if anything. No other president would have been able to try to overturn an election and not gotten convicted upon impeachment. But the GOP decided they like money and power more than the Constitution, so here we are.

I will say the one thing he’s done that even surprised me was starting another Middle Eastern war. Somehow he’s even worse than I thought.

None, we're closer to the end game than ever before. More desperation.

Some of these posters are getting events mixed up with being attacked by the corrupt Political Establishment.
Both Trump and JFK were attacked by the corrupt system for being political outsiders who didn't want to "play ball" with the system. Trump has been attacked the most, but JFK ended up paying the ultimate price.

But, some people simply aren't smart enough to figure it out. Like they say, you can lead a jackass to water, but you can't make him drink.

Who do you think would be doing a better job after their first 15 months?

None.

Social media makes everything different. Obama was the first president on social media for context.

This goes for everything. An example would be athletes and how the hate and praise is more amplified now.

The Deep State had dirt on Nixon and used it to get him to take us off the Gold Standard. After that they Water Gated his arse out of office.

And Nixon had to deal with Vietnam left over from LBJ and his cronies. They said Nixon didn't want to be remembered as the first president to lose a war.

Nixon should have said we achieved our objective and had us out by 1970. Second he should have come clean on Watergate from day one and had he, I heard many supports of his at the time would have brushed it off. He was paranoid.

In Trump's case, no past living presidents have given him support. They have distanced themselves from him.

That was before GW was president. With that war logic, Eisenhower went through hell during WW2. D-day for one.

FDR knew what he was getting into with the Great Depression. His family actually discouraged him for taking on the job fixing the country. His family was wealthy and prestige and felt it was the poor people's problem. FDR was not back stabbed like Trump. If anything he did the back stabbing. Hitler did not just appear over night.

Your life is a breeze compared to anyone back then.

Same with the hippies protesting the Vietnam war.

Just look at the stock market since Trump was first elected. Pretty much better off than anyone between the hippies and Trump.

Hell, who else has ever had to withstand 5% of this? 2%?

Be honest

I mean, Lincoln presided over a whole arse Civil War. And was assassinated. That's definitely a lot worse.

Trump had multiple assassination attempts on his life.

The difference there is a couple of inches.

Some of you people just don't get it. Everything that they have put Trump thru has been orchestrated bullshite. That's what I'm talking about. I'm not talking about naturally occurring events like wars or a depression. I'm talking about the corrupt Political Establishment trying to destroy a man for over a decade because he didn't come from within their ranks and they can't control him.

Lord have mercy.

FDR was a failed Socialist POS!
We were still in the Depression when he was able to coax us into WW2. He loved Stalin, allowed him to decide on the Normandy invasion instead of through Italy, as originally planned. Of course, Stalin's motive with this 'second front' further away, allowed him to more quickly complete takeover of Eastern Europe and invasion of Germany. As far as I am concerned, FDR started the Cold War before it happened!! One of the worst Presidents in our history!
