Just because I don't want it left behind.

But from the point of view from someone who thinks it's a problem it's certainly much less of a problem now than it was previously

I know this is a waste to point out by you can only say that if the following are true

1. The current number is due to some reason that we have a reasonable amount of control over.

2. We can expect to maintain control over those factors going forward.

Even in this thread, NOTHING you posted as a "cause" could be remotely described as meeting 1 or 2.

Therefore, you still have a problem that you have no control over going forward.

You tell me, whether it is 1,676,438 a year or 310,531 a year should tax payers expend a damn penny on them? They are not citizens yet they use the resources that CITIZENS are paying for. Just think of it this way....I show up at your house and move right in uninvited....will you feed me? Pay for my car insurance? Give me a monthly stipend? If you answer yes then you are some whackadoodle hippie! What these people are doing is exactly that and then having the balls to demand anything. We need to round them up and give them a choice. Get a work Visa and pay taxes while not getting a damn thing from the government or go back from where they came.

I swear it's hilarious.

These people really think they've come up with shite no one has ever done on the internet.

It's a sight to behold.

Well it's not like we've taken 0 border security measures since 2000

Both Bush and Obama have even sent troops to the border

So you could say that our border security measures are having some level of success

Wait. NOW. On page 22, you want to bring up possible causes of the trend?

Poor fella realizes.............out of desperation............on page 22.......he throws out a possible cause(and, I can't help but note, the only specific one he mentioned.........was STILL TEMPORARY in nature".(sending troops to border)

You seem obsessed with the causes of the trend as if you personally have something to do with it or something.

It's not like it's some secret that we have border security measures. The question is whether or not they're effective.

And of course that all depends on what you deem an acceptable level of illegal immigration

Why isn’t 300,000+ ILLEGAL immigrants coming into our country a problem?

I’m gonna be honest with y’all..

I’ve found myself backed into corners on TD before, and I’ve come to realize that it’s honestly in your best interest to admit when you’re wrong or when you didn’t do your homework on something that you have a strong opinion about

If he would just admit that his OP was shortsighted, erroneous, and disingenuous, this thread would have ended 14 pages ago

I just wish he’d answer my question:
Why isn’t 300,000+ ILLEGAL immigrants coming into our country a problem?

Oh. So, I over estimated you.

I'm sorry guys.

He listed NO actual reasons.
