You are trying to say that the U.S. intel with 20 departments don't have the entire election traffic.

Just like Admiral Rogers, who was the Intel hero who told Pres. Trump that intel was "wiretapping " Trump Tower it is very possible more whitehats people/person captured what was happening Nov3rd-4th with the voting machine locations and internet international hackers.

And if you say the U.S. does not have computers to do such work then I would say you are just trolling TD.

You cant disprove conspiracy theories, thats the whole reason they exist big brain

quote:

Conspiracy theories resist falsification and are reinforced by circular reasoning: both evidence against the conspiracy and an absence of evidence for it are re-interpreted as evidence of its truth,[6][9] whereby the conspiracy becomes a matter of faith rather than something that can be proven or disproven.[10][11] Research suggests that conspiracist ideation—belief in conspiracy theories—may be psychologically harmful or pathological[12][13] and that it is correlated with lower analytical thinking, low intelligence, psychological projection, paranoia, and Machiavellianism.[14] Psychologists attribute finding a conspiracy where there is none to a mental phenomenon called illusory pattern perception.[15][16]

Anything and everything involving 2 or more people acting in furtherance of achieving a common goal is a conspiracy. And until someone proves that it actually happened, it's merely a "conspiracy theory". For instance, my buddy's lady and my lady accused us of taking an unauthorized detour to the stripper bar, a potential conspiracy on our part. But the womenfolk never could prove it, thus it remains a conspiracy theory to this day.

"Conspiracy theory" is one of those dog whistle thingies. Used way too loosely and way too frequently.

You literally cannot do that by the nature of science, philosophy, law, and the judicial system as it’s been passed down for hundreds of years. There is a reason the plaintiff and the state (in criminal matters) start with the burden of proof rather than the defendant starting with a burden of “disproof”.

It’s philosophically impossible to “prove” a negative. And that is Mike’s out from paying the $5 million as the OP asked about.

I am. I know that every lawyer who graduated from Southern University thinks they’re the next coming of Einstein, but your profession is filled with frickups and morons who Adderall’d their way through law school and you’re one of them based on your long history of saying stupid shite on this board.

The fact that your political views are dependent on the postmodernist worldview that every single leftist is required to accept as doctrine makes it impossible for me to explain it to you. By arguing that things can’t be disproven, you’ve already demonstrated that you’re completely unreasonable because you think there’s no such thing as objective truth, which is an irrational viewpoint. There’s no way for you to accept the fact that if someone claims that you have 4 apples and you actually have 2, then you’ve disproven their statement simply by having 2 apples and taking no further action. That’s just how the world works in an objective reality. You don’t need to “prove” anything to disprove something, which is where you’re wrong.

A void objective statement = disproof. Disproof is a state, not a physical action. You would disagree and argue that disproving a false claim about the number of apples someone has is just proving that you have X number of apples, but again, that’s a completely irrational viewpoint and a “Ministry of Truth”-esque play on language. The world “false” wouldn’t exist if disproof didn’t exist.

That being said, you’re trying to get into a really deep philosophical discussion about postmodernism and other ways to see the world that you clearly haven’t spent much time researching, or you wouldn’t have the political views and worldview that you currently have, and I’m not really up for it.

This is a whole lot of ad hom word salad simply to say:

Mike has the burden of proof.

Lindell is offering 5M to anyone that goes to his symposium and proves the cyber data he has is not data from the 2020 election.

Lindell is submitting this cyber data as proof that the election was stolen.

The key is to always start the discussion at point A. You my friend have started somewhere around Z. You have assumed that what he is debunking is a "Proven Fact" far far from it, therefore he can point out that this falsehood is indeed false.

There used to be a guy in the 80s going around saying there was no law requiring payment to the IRS. So he made a cash reward for people that could prove him wrong to call in before the end of the night show he was being interviewed on. A guy recorded the show took a few days to prove him wrong and when he of course didn't cough up the reward, took him to court. Court sided with the anti-IRS guy, because the challenge was clearly over by the time the guy provided info. But the judge made some comments on at least the nutter's claims were finally put to rest.

So pay attention to the language of the actual challenge.

Mike Lindell is offering $5 million to anyone who can disprove his allegations of voter fraud — if they show up to his cyber symposium

Mike Lindell continues to spread baseless claims that Donald Trump won the 2020 presidential election.

The MyPillow CEO is offering $5 million to anyone who can prove he's wrong.

The catch: They have to attend his upcoming cyber symposium in South Dakota.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, a staunch ally of former President Donald Trump and leading promoter of voter-fraud conspiracy theories, said he'd give $5 million to anyone who can disprove data that he claims shows election interference.

But there's a catch. To be eligible, you have to attend his upcoming cyber symposium, which is taking place in South Dakota between August 10 and 12.

And the event isn't open to the public, according to an ad for the event posted on Lindell's website Frank. Invitees include politicians, cybersecurity experts, and the media, though it will also be streamed for 72 hours on Frank.

Lindell said he wants the symposium to be the most-watched live event in history and is aiming for 1 billion people to watch it via his website, Salon's Zachary Petrizzo reported. He has reserved 800 rooms for the event, but few officials have said they will attend.

In case you were on the fence. This is the neon sign to it's

The words "conspiracy theory" is used 90% by the DEMs as their first (and most times last) response to any suggestion that they have done something wrong.

When an organization or cabal has a historical record of abject, purposeful, arrogant, deceitful, malevolent LIES about items large and small with any political relevance it is completely rationale to disbelieve EVERYTHING they say until they prove it with very specific evidence, rational, and logic.

They are due no benefit of doubt about ANYTHING.

What do you want to talk about specifically? It was likely a dem conspiracy theory that wasted millions of dollars in tax payer money. How is that relevant to anything in this thread?

I swear.

The dems impeach a president based off a completely made up hoax yet don't even want to see what Lindell has up his sleeve

That's the thing, they think every one that disagrees with one agrees with the other. Most people saw the 1st impeachment and muh Russia as just filler tossed to the younger political crowd of dems. And judging by how little it moved the needle in 2020, was a waste of time and political will to satisfy those cohorts.

Hell for $300Kish the Russians Kickstarted a cottage industry of clickbait that constantly gets marched around here and gave em an easy way to vector in malware. It's laudable if it weren't for them being the enemy.

Actual Russians are a fraction of the threat that homegrown, progressive liberal Marxists are to our republic.

Who would have thought that a generation after the fall of the Soviet Union, we'd be raising our own Stalinist zombies?
