My opinion: Getting rid of Greek life is an attack on conservatives

I am not for hazing, and Greeks need to get back to recruiting leaders instead of idiots. But there is a movement in higher education to kill Greek life and I believe that it is yet another attack on conservatism.
In my 20 years in higher education, I would guess that white Greek life is 90% conservative.

No question. All of these recent campaigns are right out of the Rules for Radicals playbook. Maybe not an attack on “conservatives” per se, but an attack on culture. It is a nudging if the masses if you will.

Truth. The sad part about it how many 'blue collar' conservatives take the bait and support the 'cleansing'.
Liberals attack 1 segment of the conservative side and moronic conservatives who aren't in that sector support the attack. They attack another small segment, and those not in that segment join in.

I’m conservative and all but how many kids are going to die before enough is enough. It seems like it happens every year. Its not going to change either. Many of these kids are away from their parents for the first time and they run wild.
Unfortunately the bad ones are going to ruin it for the good ones.
