My wife is a pediatrician. She doesn't take patients who won't immunize (normal childhood immunizations). It has to do with trust. If you don't trust her for this, then you probably won't trust her for anything else and it's better for everyone to find a provider who's philosophy is more in line to that crowd.

He told her to either get the vaccine or she would need to find another doctor (dismissed) and she has 30 days of Emergency Care Availability (which is what doctors have to legally do after dismissing).
