Any list would have to include Buchnnan, A. Johnson, and harding. You could also add Millard Fillmore to the list.

That the Democrats didn't like Carter should tell you that he wasn't as bad as most conservatives think.
I know precisely what Carter accomplished/failed to accomplish during his administration and I don't know what Democrats not liking Carter means, maybe means he was ineffective, maybe means he was too progressive for their tastes, maybe means he was too conservative for their tastes, etc. What he did/didn't do is what it is.

He's not bottom 5 of Prsidents since the turn of the 20th century, hell he's not even the worst Roosevelt. He was a bad president and he is extremely popular

I agree, but no one is actually trying to prop him up, just trying to shed some light on his presidency because no one seems to have a clue about it, yet they all seems to have an opinion of it. I'm mostly just wondering why he gets a bad rep, and Nixon doesn't.

Trump is worse than the guy who brought us the depression and the guy who brought us civil war?
I can see trump being bottom 10 for some people, but it is crazy to rank him worse than Hoover and Buchanan.
