Carter was bad but not close to the worst. We have had some terrible presidents and one tyrant. Carter wasn't a tyrant

I really hope Obama is not the one you are referring to as the tyrant. FDR, Nixon, and Wilson are the only ones that pop into my head who meet this definition.

The south paid the vast majority of the taxes for the whole United States while receiving very little representation in the house and senate. It was practically slavery. The south asked to pay less taxes or receive more representation and Lincoln sent his jackboot thugs to attack us

You do realize (you don’t, but consider it a rhetorical turn of phrase) that the 3/5ths compromise, Missouri compromise, and the compromise of 1850, were all done in order to keep the South on par with the North in political power during the expansion and adding new states to the Union right? Why try this balancing act if they could just run roughshod over the “rights” of the Southern states. Answer: They wouldn’t.

As for taxation and tariffs, they’re not even mentioned by several of the seceding states in their declaration including South Carolina (first to secede), Mississippi, Texas, Virginia.

Georgia mentions tariffs, but guess what? They’re mentioned in such a way as to view them as the price the South paid for protection of slavery which they viewed as broken due to lackluster enforcement of the Fugitive Slave Act.

So in summation you’re wrong. You couldn’t be more wrong. Your wrongness should be put on display so that everyone knows how wrong you are. You are incontrovertibly wrong, you willfully blind dumbass.

You’re too damn pathetic to engage with anymore.

But I’ll leave you with some words of wisdom from your favorite person in a format that won’t strain your mental faculties too much.

Jimmy Carter is the worst president in the history of the United States, by far, and by almost every measurable factor.

Most will not remember but it was common to finance a home at 11% to 14% interest rate thanks to Jimmy Carter and his idiotic policies. Hard to imagine that was going on on in the late 70s but it was.

The only thing he did well was lay the groundwork for a Reagan landslide electio

Nixon taking us off the gold standard that caused a lot of our problems left to Carter..

Suspended Habeas Corpus
Sent Troops into State Congress
Locked up law makers for speaking out
Locked up journalist for printing the truth
Considered his word to be the law and the Constitution during war
At the beginning of his term secession was legal by the end no state would dare secede again yet it is still legal.

Obama was bad but Lincoln was a tyrant

Lincoln was a tyrant
